Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. Every KHAASS product is crafted with care, and we want you to love what you receive. If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help.


Return Eligibility

Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Customized or personalized products are non-returnable, except in the case of manufacturing defects.


How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us at m.rajesh@tejasentp.com within 7 days of receiving your item. Please mention your order number, the reason for return, and attach supporting images if applicable. Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was defective or incorrect.


Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange a product for another design or color, we’ll be happy to help. Exchanges are processed based on product availability and condition.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are non-returnable for hygiene and customization reasons. These include:

Personalized or custom-made products

Sale or clearance items

Puja samagri or consumables
